Quick update. We posted the Sweet Bomb 2009 tour blog here. You can also read a bunch of old blogs here. We got in a new review of  The Sweet Ones - We Work Harder. More press in the next week or so.

Due to such positive feedback, we left the streams of the albums up for an extra week. They will be taken down tonight, so get a listen here for the next half a day. We have decided that album streams will be a permanent feature. We will post new albums every few weeks. Email us if there is anything particular that you always want to hear but were afraid to buy.

We will also finally give in and start making albums available to buy digitally for the first time. This will take a few months but our whole back catalog will soon be available.

We have received the first few songs for the 2009 Crafty comp called The State I'm In. The album should be available at the end of the summer.

This years sun was a nice change from last years storm (even though last year was amazing). The Bar B Que was a blast as always. Thanks go out to Guitar Bomb and The Sweet Ones for there sets as well as equipment. This made things run incredibly smooth. Brook Pridemore (with mikey Erg) Wooden Ghost, Heathers, Burritos Breakfast and Ghost Mice were also enjoyed by punks as well as the surprising amount of little kids. It was great having new faces from New Jersey, the Bronx, Brooklyn and City Island locals. We are working on plans to have an end of the summer show at the beginning of September. We will keep you posted.

We have over 1000 photos from yesterday as well as the Brook Pridemore Tour. They should be up shortly. I am home indefinitely so expect more updates and quicker mail. Tons of things are in the work. Stay Tuned.

A quick recap...The transmision went on the van...we got a free replacement...but it took 10 days...we missed a few shows...we drove 22 hours and are now caught up...I got bit by a tick but am OK.

I mailed out the outstanding orders as soon as we got the van back. Expect your cds soon. Go see the Sweet Ones and Guitar Bomb on tour the next 3 weeks. I am on tour currently in Wyoming with Brook Pridemore for another month. Come say hello.

The Punk Rock Bar B Que has been moved to Sunday June 14th. Please join Ghost Mice, Guitar Bomb, Brook Pridemore, The Sweet Ones, Heathers and a few more bands at the Crafty Records House (75 Earley Street, Bronx NY 10464) on a fine Sunday afternoon. You will be able to pick up the new Sweet Ones and Guitar Bombs  cds for the first time. Details posted in a few days.

Real update tonight or tomorrow. I have been all over the world. In the brief days I was home 90% of the orders were mailed out. The website has had server problems so confirmation shipping emails have not gone out but they will shortly. I am on the west coast with Brook and the van is being fixed. Most of what we own is in the van several hours away. All should be back to normal in a few days.

In the scheme of things everything is great. New album news very shortly!

I have been in Bali for almost 3 weeks. There are many stories to tell. A plane leaves with me for a 6 hour ride to hong kong then a 16 hour flight back to NYC.
I figured I would drop you a quick line. The Sweet Ones new cd as well as the Guitar Bomb CD are at the plant as we speak. They will be in your hands soon. Brook is on tour until July. Go see him. The Bar B Que is June 13th on City Island, come say hi. If you want to play, drop us a line. I join Brooks tour on the west coast on May 6th. I will have 5 days before then to catch up on orders and try to get my feet on the ground.

I am in Hong Kong on my honeymoon so I will keep this very brief. I meant to tell you this before I left. There is a new band that joined the Crafty Records family. We are extremely excited to introduce you to The Sweet Ones. Leave them a message and let them know you are happy for them. They have a new album out in May!
